This is a 16×20 photo that was personally autographed by Dwight “Doc” Gooden with 85 Cy Young inscription. He burst onto the scene in 1984 by winning 17 games and a league leading 276 strikeouts and followed that up in 1985 with 24 wins, 268 strikeouts and a 1.53 ERA and then helped the Mets to the 1986 World Series Championship. In all he pitched 11 seasons with the Mets prior to joining the cross town rival Yankees and winning a World Series in 2000 with them.
