This is a limited edition of 5000, Goal Line Art card which has been personally autographed by Bill Parcells in blue sharpie with HOF 13 inscription. From the original done by Gary Thomas, card measures 4×6 and is mint condition. This was signed at the CSA Shows sports card show in Chantilly VA on October 12, 2013 and includes a certificate of authenticity from Denver Autographs.
